Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and GPS PRIME for using the website gps-prime.com and the GPS PRIME app. Please read them carefully: by creating your account or using the service, you accept them.

1.The service

GPS PRIME lets you see on the map the location of your GPS devices and of the phones of people who share their location with you, check routes, receive alerts, create places, use the panic button, see Safe driving and other features that we add or change over time.

To use a GPS device you need a compatible device with its own data line (SIM card), which are not part of the service.

3.Free and Prime plans

Free: used at no cost, with ads and some limits (for example, on the days of history and the number of places).

Prime: the paid plan, without ads and with more features. What each plan includes and its price are shown on the plans screen of the website and the app before you pay; that description is part of these terms.

We may change the features of the plans. If a change removes something you already paid for, we will keep it until the end of the paid period.

5.Ads on the Free plan

The Free plan includes third-party ads, shown on the website and in the app. Some extra features of the Free plan can be unlocked by watching an ad. Ads are chosen and served by the ad provider; GPS PRIME does not endorse what they advertise. How your data is used for ads is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6.Responsible and lawful use of tracking

Tracking a person without their knowledge may be a crime. By using GPS PRIME you agree to:

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, and cooperate with the authorities if they ask us to.

7.Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or failures. Location depends on GPS signal, mobile coverage, battery and the settings of the phone or device, and may be inaccurate or delayed.

GPS PRIME is not an emergency service. The panic button alerts the people in your group; it does not call the police, an ambulance or any public service. In an emergency, always call your country’s emergency number.

8.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GPS PRIME is not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by service interruptions, inaccurate or delayed locations, failures of GPS devices, mobile networks or third-party providers, or by the use that you or others make of the service. If we were liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits the consumer rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

9.Cancellation and account closure

You can stop using GPS PRIME at any time and ask us to delete your account as explained in the Privacy Policy. If you have a subscription on Google Play or the App Store, cancel it in the store as well.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that has been unused for a long time on the Free plan, notifying you by email beforehand when possible.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is important, notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service afterwards, you accept the new version; if you do not agree, you can close your account.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Before going to court, write to us so we can try to solve the problem directly. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the rights your country’s law gives you.
